CALA Homes have won their appeals regarding the Construction Management Plan & Traffic Management Plans (CMP)for the Holwell Turn site (ETF1). The appeals were for both the Holwell only route i.e. - arrival and departure via Holwell.

These were the two early applications, i.e. arguably the most detailed of the plans with a fair amount of supervision and control and the basic one with very little control and supervision.

This means that Cala can not only construct the 78 houses but choose which of the plans they wish.
